One-on-one Nutritional Therapy Coaching

In my one-on-one coaching program, we’ll do an in-depth review of your current health status, habits, lifestyle, and diet. Based on your individual needs, I will put together an easy-to-follow plan to address your health concerns and provide support as you take steps toward achieving your health goals. By implementing powerful dietary and lifestyle modifications you will create lasting habits that lead to a lifetime of optimal health.

During our time together, we will also discuss ways to reduce exposure to environmental toxins and you will learn how to support your body’s natural ability to detoxify. By reducing your toxic load, you can remove the triggers that contribute to inflammation, accelerate aging, and prevent your body from healing. Digestive issues, weight gain, allergies, joint pain, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and skin conditions are some of the many symptoms that can be reduced and eliminated by improving detoxification. At the end of our 3 months together you will look and feel amazing.

3 Month One-On-One Package Includes:

  • Analysis of your intake paperwork including a food journal and in-depth questionnaires regarding your health history, diet, symptoms, and goals

  • Personalized diet, lifestyle, and supplement plan tailored to your needs

  • One-on-one coaching for accountability and support

  • Simple and actionable plans after each meeting to keep you on track

  • Resources, client handouts, and referrals customized for you

Meeting schedule:

  • 90-minute initial intake call

  • 60-minute follow-up to review protocol

  • 30-minute consult calls every other week

  • Weekly email check-ins to address questions between meetings

  • 30-minute wrap-up call

  • All sessions conducted by Zoom

Group Detox Challenge

Reset your health with a 30-day group detox challenge! Detoxification is one of the most important things you can do for both your short and long-term health. Toxins are one of the largest drivers of inflammation and illness in our modern world, and by reducing your toxic exposure you can help reduce symptoms of chronic ailments and allow your body to heal.

In this group class, you will learn why detoxification is so essential to long-term health, and focus on simple strategies for detoxifying your home and body. The program begins with a detox masterclass, where I will help you identify toxins in your environment that may be impacting your health, how to eliminate them, and how to maximize your body’s natural ability to detoxify.

The masterclass will be held live and recorded for reference. After the masterclass, we’ll begin a 30-day challenge to implement detoxification strategies. Each week I will send out a weekly goal and hold a live Q&A call to support your progress.
